Have you seen the Frosted Floral Specialty Designer Series Paper yet? I mean really seen it, in person, and touched it? It’s amazing. Every sheet has a beautiful shimmer to it – on both sides! And the colors and patterns are beautiful. I’ve used it for today’s card along with the coordinating First Frost stamp set and Frosted Bouquet Framelits Dies.

Here’s what I made:
Here’s what I did:
Cut and scored with my Stampin’ Trimmer:
- Soft Suede card stock (CS) cut to 4-1/4″ x 11″, then scored in half at 5-1/2″
- Frosted Floral Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP) cut to 4″ x 5-1/4″ (green pattern)
- DSP cut to 1-1/2″ x 5-1/4″ (floral pattern)
- Whisper White CS cut to 4″ x 1/2″
- Mint Macaron CS cut to 4″ x 3/4″
- Whisper White CS cut to 4″ x 5-1/4″ for the inside of the card base
Stamped with the First Frost stamp set:
- sentiment in Blackberry Bliss ink onto the Whisper White CS strip
- 2 smaller flowers in Soft Suede ink
- 1 larger flower in Gray Granite & Tranquil Tide inks (sponged the inks onto the stamp using Sponge Daubers)
Colored using Stampin’ Write Markers:
- centers of 3 flowers in Pineapple Punch
- edges of 2 smaller flowers in Blushing Bride
Die cut using the Frosted Bouquet Framelits:
- the 3 flowers
Assembled the card:
- burnished the fold in the card base with a Bone Folder
- larger DSP layer glued onto the front of the card base
- smaller DSP layer glued onto the larger DSP layer
- sentiment glued onto the Mint Macaron strip
- Mint Macaron strip glued onto the DSP layers
- 3 flowers glued onto the sentiment strip and DSP layers
- Whisper White CS glued onto the inside of the card base
