Everybody likes a mint chocolate chip ice cream cone, right? (Actually, I don’t, but that’s beside the point.) I do love the new Ronald McDonald House Charity* stamp set called Sprinkles of Life. An ice cream cone is just one of many different images you can make by combining the different stamps in the set.
My inspiration for this card came from both the stamp set and the name of the new In Color, Mint Macaron. I don’t remember ever seeing just mint ice cream – it’s always mint chocolate chip. The Chocolate Chip Stampin’ Write Marker was perfect for adding the little brown specks.
Another new In Color, Delightful Dijon, may not sound too appetizing combined with the other two flavors, but the color is perfect for the ice cream cone.
Pink Pirouette and Whisper White round out the soft palette of an ice cream shop.
The sentiment is actually one stamp, but I decided to cut it into four pieces and paste them down one side.
* Stampin’ Up donates $3 to RMHC for each Sprinkles of Life stamp set sold. This photopolymer set has 22 stamps for just $21!
