Joy & Noel + Joyous Noel = Shiny Copper Christmas Card

For today’s Christmas card, I heat embossed an image from the Joy & Noel stamp set in copper, then colored it in with Stampin’ Write Markers. I paired it with the Joyous Noel Designer Series Paper, which has copper highlights, and card stock in Tranquil Tide and Merry Merlot. Copper Trim is the final touch – I stretched the loose ends so it looks almost like a bow.

Here’s what I made:

Fill the Season with Holiday Happiness Card

On yesterday’s card I all the colors in the Joyous Noel Designer Series Paper (DSP) except Merry Merlot. On today’s card I used all the colors except Soft Suede. Share some holiday happiness with this simple card that would be easy to make a lot of for all your family and friends this holiday season.

Here’s what I made:

Joyous Noel DSP, Peaceful Noel stamp set, Layering Ovals Framelite Dies, Christmas card, Stampin' Up! #stampcandy

I’m not good at doing the little swirl of thread behind an element on a card. I keep thinking that I’ll get better, but so far that hasn’t happened. So I hope you can imagine this card either without the mess of thread, or with a nice looking swirt of thread.

Toil & Trouble Halloween Treat Box

Today’s project is an adorable Halloween treat box made with a Mini Pizza Box, the Layering Squares Framelits Dies, Toil & Trouble Designer Series Paper, and the Cauldron Bubble Bundle. the Cauldron Framelits Die actually cut images from the Toil & Trouble DSP! Easy peasy! The finishing touch on the treat box is 3 sequins from the Black Mini Sequin Trim.

Have you seen the Mini Pizza Boxes? The inside is coated so it keeps any oil from seeping through. (You know how the butter can come out of cookies and seep through the box? That won’t happen with these.)
