I recently came across some cards I made when I was at the Stampin’ Up! home office a few months ago, and realized I had never shared them with you. Today I’m sharing one of these Make & Takes using the Botanical Gardens Bundle in the Occasions catalog. The card base is Cajun Craze card stock with a Whisper White CS layer on top.

The card front is a piece of Botanical Gardens Designers Series Paper that we stamped with the Botanical Blooms stamp set. We cut the edge off a piece of 1-1/4″ Burlap Ribbon and frayed it a bit, then attached it along the back edge of the DSP with Fast Fuse. This heavy duty, dry adhesive is perfect for the heavy ribbon.

We stamped on another sheet of the DSP and cut the leaves out with the Botanical Builder Framelits Dies. We cut the Cajun Craze and Hello Honey flowers with the same die set. We glued all these pieces onto the card front, and attached a Rhinestone Basic Jewel with a Glue Dot in the center of the flower.

We used Glue Dots to attach the Botanical Garden Jewel and the Linen Thread bow.

We glued on the wooden sentiment from the Expressions Natural Elements.
