Today’s card is a sweet and simple one I made using products from the Dinoroar Suite: Dino Days stamp set, Dinoroar Designer Series Paper, and Dinoroar Enamel Shapes. At first glance, you may this this suite is just for kids, but this card is for anyone of any age. This poor Tyrannosaurus Rex has such short arms, but really wants you to know how much love they contain.
Here’s what I made:

Here’s what I did:
Cut and scored with my paper trimmer:
- Basic Gray card stock (CS) cut to 4-1/4″ x 11″, then scored in half at 5-1/2″
- Dinoroar Designer Series Paper (DSP) layer cut to 4-1/8″ x 5-3/8“
- Basic Gray CS layer cut to 2-5/8″ x 3-5/8″
- Whisper White CS layer cut to 2-1/2″ x 3-1/2″
- Whisper White CS cut to 4″ x 5-1/4″ for the inside of the card base
Stamped with the Dino Days stamp set:
- sentiment in Pretty Peacock ink onto the Whisper White CS layer
- dinosaur in Basic Gray ink below the sentiment
- dinosaur’s plates in Old Olive ink
Assembled the card:
- burnished the fold in the card base with a Bone Folder
- Pretty Peacock ribbon adhered onto the DSP layer using Tear & Tape, and wrapped around to the back
- DSP layer glued onto the front of the card base
- stamped layer glued onto the Basic Gray CS layer
- Basic Gray CS layer adhered onto the DSP layer using Stampin’ Dimensionals
- 3 Lovely Lipstick enamel shapes applied onto the stamped layer (The Take You Pick Tool makes it super easy to lift them from the sheet and place exactly where you want.)
- Whisper White CS glued onto the inside of the card base
