Stitched Nested Labels, Subtle 3D Embossing Folder, & Heart to Heart

For today’s card I used the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder, Stitched Nested Labels Dies, 2019-2021 In Color Faceted Dots, and Heart to Heart stamp set. The sentiment in embossed in white. So this card has both dry embossing and heat embossing.

Here’s what I made:

Here’s what I did:

Cut and scored with my paper trimmer:

• Rococo Rose card stock (CS) cut to 4-1/4″ x 11″, then scored in half at 5-1/2″
• Whisper White CS layer cut to  3-3/4″ x 3-3/4″
• Pretty Peacock CS layer cut to 2″ x 4-1/4″
• Whisper White CS cut to 4″ x 5-1/4″ for the inside of the card base

Stamped with the Heart to Heart stamp set:

• sentiment in Versamark ink onto a scrap of Crumb Cake CS, then heat embossed in white
• 2 flowers in Rococo Rose ink onto the Whisper White CS for the inside of the card base
• stems/leaves in Pretty Peacock ink by the flowers

Cut using the Stitched Nested Labels Dies:

• sentiment
• top edge of the Whisper White CS layer
• one end of the Pretty Peacock CS layer

Embossed using the Subtle embossing folder:

• front of the card base

Assembled the card:

• burnished the fold in the card base with a Bone Folder
• Whisper White CS layer glued onto the front of the card base
• Pretty Peacock CS layer glued onto the front of the card base and the Whisper White CS layer
• sentiment adhered onto the front of the card base and the Pretty Peacock CS layer using Stampin’ Dimensionals
• 5 faceted dots (Pretty Peacock and Rococo Rose) applied onto the card front
• Whisper White CS with flowers glued onto the inside of the card base
