Heart to Heart Soulmate Card

Today’s project is a card for a soulmate. It can be used for Valentine’s day, certainly, but really for any time when you want to express your love. I used the Heart to Heart Bundle and Story Label Punch along with Heart Doilies to create this decorative but easy card.

Here’s what I did:

Cut and scored with my paper trimmer:

• Early Espresso card stock (CS) cut to 4-1/4″ x 11″, then scored in half at 5-1/2″
• Whisper White CS cut to 4″ x 5-1/4″ for the inside of the card base

Stamped with the Heart to Heart stamp set:

• sentiment in Real Red ink onto a scrap of Whisper White CS
• sentiment border in Early Espresso ink around the sentiment
• small heart design in Real Red ink onto the Whisper White CS for the inside of the card

Cut using the Detailed Hearts Die:

• one piece from a scrap of Whisper White CS

Cut using the Story Label Punch:

• sentiment

Assembled the card:

• burnished the fold in the card base with a Bone Folder
• two Real Red Heart Doilies glued onto the front of the card base
• Whisper White heart die cut glued onto the card front
• sentiment adhered over die cut using Stampin’ Dimensionals
• Whisper White CS glued onto the inside of the card base
