Make A Splash Card for Fast & Simple Friday

Today’s card is made of just ink and paper. It’s super simple and easy. I used the Make A Splash host stamp set to stamp the images. I colored in the water using a Stampin’ Blends Marker, coloring over the fish, sand, everything in the bowl.

Here’s what I made:

Here’s what I did:

Cut and scored with my paper trimmer:

• Whisper White Thick card stock (CS) cut to 4-1/4″ x 11″, then scored in half at 5-1/2″

Stamped with the Make A Splash stamp set:

• bowl and water line in Pool Party ink onto the front of the card base
• sand in Sahara Sand ink in the bottom of the bowl
• kelp in Old Olive ink in the bowl
• two fish in Mango Melody ink in the bowl
• bubbles in Pool Party ink coming out of of the fish’s mouths
• sentiment in Sahara Sand ink below the bowlx

Colored using a Stampin’ Blends Marker:

• entire bowl of water in Light Pool Party

Assembled the card:

• burnished the fold in the card base with a Bone Folder
• That’s it!
