There’s a new weekly challenge called the Global Design Project. Its design team includes some of the most talented paper crafters around. I’m am thrilled to participate in their very first challenge. Here are the colors of the challenge:
And here’s my card:
These colors are so subtle that at first I thought I would need to use a lot of them, just so they would be seen. But then I decided to go very simple with this card, and I think it paid off. Against the Whisper White card base, the soft colors show very well.
I created the wreath with the Wondrous Wreath stamp set, the Wonderful Wreath Framelits Dies, Smoky Slate and Pink Pirouette ink, and So Saffron Candy Dots. By the way, the stamp set and dies are available in a bundle to save 15%!
I cut the sentiment from Pink Pirouette card stock with the Christmas Greetings Thinlits Dies.
Then I glued everything directly to the card base of Thick Whisper White card stock.
That’s it. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
Here’s what I used. Click on the images to get your own!
