This mini card is so simple but so adorable. It’s 3″ x 3″ so it fits perfectly into one of our 3″ x 3″ envelopes. (The envelopes are actually 3-1/8″ x 3-1/8″.)

This soft blue ticking pattern is one of my favorites from the new Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper. It’s part of the Come Sail Away Suite in the new 2019-2020 Annual Catalog.

Here’s what I did:

Cut and scored with my Stampin’ Trimmer:

• Balmy Blue card stock (CS) cut to 3″ x 6″, then scored in half at 3″
• Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper (DSP) layer cut to 2-3/4″ x 2-3/4″
• Whisper White CS layer cut to 2″ x 2″
• optional: Whisper White CS cut to 2-3/4″ x 2-3/4″ for the inside of the card

Stamped with the Sailing Home stamp set:

• sentiment and knot in Balmy Blue ink onto the Whisper White CS layer

Assembled the card:

• burnished the fold in the card base with a Bone Folder
• DSP layer glued onto the front of the card base
• stamped layer glued onto the DSP layer
• optional: Whisper White CS glued onto the inside of the card
