I made today’s card using the new Slice of Happiness stamp set, the Eyelet Lace embossing folder, and the Layering Ovals Dies. Three copper Designer Elements finish off the design.
Here’s what I made:

Here’s what I did:
Cut and scored with my paper trimmer:
- Crumb Cake card stock (CS) cut to 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″, then scored in half at 4-1/4″
- Whisper White CS layer cut to 5-1/8″ x 3-7/8″
- Cherry Cobbler CS layer cut to 5″ x 3-3/4″
- Whisper White CS cut to 5-1/4″ x 4″ for the inside of the card base
Stamped with the Slice of Happiness stamp set:
- pomegranate image in Cherry Cobbler ink onto a scrap of Whisper White CS
- pomegranate image in Cherry Cobbler ink the Whisper White CS for the inside of the card base
- sentiment in Crumb Cake ink onto a scrap of Whisper White CS
Cut using the Layering Ovals Dies:
- sentiment
- pomegranate image
- a scrap of Crumb Cake CS
Embossed using the Eyelet Lace embossing folder:
- Cherry Cobbler CS layer
Assembled the card:
- burnished the fold in the card base with a Bone Folder
- Whisper White CS layer glued onto the front of the card base
- embossed Cherry Cobbler CS layer glued onto the Whisper White CS layer
- sentiment oval adhered onto the embossed layer using Stampin’ Dimensionals
- pomegranate oval glued onto the Crumb Cake CS oval
- Crumb Cake CS oval adhered onto the embossed layer using Stampin’ Dimensionals
- 3 copper Designer Elements applied onto the embossed layer
- stamped Whisper White CS glued onto the inside of the card base
