You can create some great scenes with the new In the City stamp set. It has 60 stamps, including buildings, vehicles, trees, and more. And it’s only available to purchase with Stampin’ Rewards, which you earn by placing an order of $150 or more.

We all have that one place we really enjoy, maybe in a comfy chair, maybe by a lake, or maybe even going for a drive. To represent that “sweet spot” I wanted to create a dull grey city landscape with one bright and happy spot, and what better than the little bakery with sweet treats in the window for that? This is a soft and subtle card in Pink Pirouette, Smoky Slate, and Whisper White.

Here’s what I made:

Cut and scored with my Stampin’ Trimmer:

• Pink Pirouette card stock (CS) cut to 4-1/4″ x 8-1/2″, then scored in half at 4-1/4″
• Whisper White CS cut to 4″ x 4″ (you can cut second piece for the inside of the card, but I felt the Pink Pirouette was fine to write on.)

Stamped with the In the City stamp set:

• all building and vehicle image outlines in Smoky Slate ink onto the 4″ x 4″ Whisper White CS
• most building and vehicle images filled in with Smoky Slate ink
• Sweet Shop filled in with Pink Pirouette ink (door was double stamped to make it darker)

Stamped with the Labeler Alphabet stamp set:

• sentiment in Pink Pirouette ink onto the Whisper White CS

Assembled the card:

• Whisper White CS glued onto the front of the card base. That’s it!
