A Little Lace Scalloped Notecard

Today’s Project is a Balmy Blue Scalloped Note Card & Envelope embellished using the A Little Lace stamp set, Stitched Labels Dies, and Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper. It’s very simple and easy to make.

Here’s what I made:

Here’s what I did:

Cut and scored with my paper trimmer:

• Whisper White card stock (CS) cut to 5″ x 1/2″
• Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper (DSP) cut to 5″ x 1″

Stamped with the A Little Lace stamp set:

• 3 flowers and sentiment in Balmy Blue ink onto the Whisper White CS strip

Cut using the Stitched Labels Dies:

• stitched line in the front of the note card base

Cut using Paper Snips:

• one end of the sentiment strip cut to a point

Assembled the card:

• burnished the fold in the note card base with a Bone Folder
• sentiment strip glued onto the front of the note card base
• DSP glued onto the inside of the card base, at the bottom so it will show when the card is closed
